UNIONCM

Every member, one place.

One clean, current list of everyone in your local. Standings, contact info, and work history, without the shoebox of spreadsheets.

UnionCM open on a laptop

Stop digging for member info.

When a member calls, your staff should have the answer in seconds. Member Manager keeps every record in one place and updates it automatically, so your office spends less time on data entry and more time helping members.

Find anyone in seconds

Search by name, card number, or trade and see standing, dues, and history on one screen.

Records that stay current

Updates from dues payments and member self-service flow in on their own. No double entry.

Standing at a glance

See who's in good standing, who's behind, and who needs a nudge, without running a report.

Less office busywork

Cut the spreadsheets, sticky notes, and duplicate lists your staff juggles today.

From scattered lists to one record.

Most locals keep member information in more than one place, and the places disagree. Here is how they end up as one record your office can trust.

  1. We move your records in
  2. Your local's rules go on
  3. Your office searches one place
  4. It stays current on its own

We move your records in

We have already built migrations off the member-management applications plumbers and pipefitters locals commonly run, so your records come across as part of setup. Spreadsheets work too.

The answer is on
one screen.

A member calls about their standing or an address change. Whoever picks up the phone has the record in front of them, current, without opening a second file or walking down the hall to ask.

What changes in the office.

Same member work your staff already does. Fewer places to look, and fewer lists to keep in sync.

Where the record shows up.

Member Manager holds the record. The rest of UnionCM reads and writes the same one, so anything entered once shows up everywhere it belongs.

What locals ask about this one.

Can we bring our existing member records over?
Yes. We have built migrations off the member-management applications plumbers and pipefitters locals commonly run, so records move in as part of setup rather than as a separate project. If your records live in spreadsheets, that works too.
Who in the office can see or change a record?
You set staff permissions per local, so you decide who can update records, handle dues, or approve subsidies. Members only ever see their own information.
What if a member belongs to more than one local?
Each local's information stays separate. The member has one login, and no local sees another local's records.
Can we get our data back out?
Your member list and its history belong to your local. You can export it whenever you want.
